Return & Refund Policy – Khushboo Wala

At Khushboo Wala by Ali & Sons, we carefully inspect every order before dispatch to ensure that you receive your products in excellent condition.

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of fragrances and perfumes, opened, used or sprayed perfumes are not eligible for return or exchange.

We accept returns/exchanges only in the following cases:

• You received the wrong product.
• The product arrived damaged or leaked during delivery.
• The product is missing from your order.

For damaged, incorrect or missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos/videos of the package and product.

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we may offer a replacement or another suitable resolution.

Change of mind, personal fragrance preference, or dislike of the scent after opening does not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.
